Do you shoot destination weddings?

Currently I will shoot anywhere in the following states ONLY: Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, and Oregon.

WHAT KIND OF PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER?

I offer customizable packages that range from shorter coverage to full-day storytelling. Options include an engagement session, albums, and videography — I’ll recommend the best fit based on your timeline and priorities.

Will there be a second shooter?

A skilled second is an optional add on to your package. While I can shoot solo, having a second photographer ensures fuller coverage (simultaneous angles, more candid moments), smoother timeline management, and reliable backup for emergencies or equipment issues.

DO YOU OFFER ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?

Yes! Engagement sessions are a great way for us to get to know each other before the wedding. It's also so nice to have photos to print and display at your event.

Do you offer Video?

Yes I do. Please inquire for info.

DO I GET ALL OF THE PHOTOS?

Before anything is delivered, I carefully go through and cull out all redundant images, blinks, missed focus, and anything that doesn’t meet my standards—so you’re only receiving the best, most meaningful moments. Exact counts vary by event flow and package, but typically around 50–100 images per coverage hour. You’ll receive your photos as high-resolution images in a private online gallery, where you can easily download all of your precious moments.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE PHOTOS?

Your full gallery is typically delivered within 6–8 weeks. During busy season it can be slightly longer, but I always aim to deliver as quickly as possible without compromising quality. You’ll also receive sneak peeks the following week so you have a little preview to relive the magic right away.

DO YOU EDIT ALL THE PHOTOS?

Yes. Every image you receive is professionally edited in my signature style—true to color, rich tones, and timeless. I don’t individually retouch every single photo, as that would significantly delay delivery, but I do offer additional Photoshop retouching at an affordable per-image rate if you’d like extra edits on specific photos.

Do I have to order prints through you?

No you do not. You’ll have full personal-use rights to all the digital images I deliver, so you’re free to print them whenever and wherever you’d like.

CAN YOU HELP WITH OUR TIMELINE?

Definitely. I help all my couples build a photography timeline so everything flows smoothly and you get the best possible light and coverage. About a month before your wedding—when most of the details are finalized—I’ll also send over a detailed questionnaire so I have everything I need to make your day run seamlessly.

DO YOU ACCEPT SHOT LISTS?

Yes—but with a little structure. I absolutely welcome (and actually request) a detailed list of family photo combinations so we can move through those efficiently and make sure no one important is missed.

For the rest of the day, I don’t work from a strict shot list of poses or moments. Weddings move quickly, and my approach is very documentary and intuitive—I’m focused on capturing real moments as they naturally unfold. Following a detailed pose-by-pose list can interrupt that flow and take away from the authenticity of your photos.

That said, if there’s a specific location, meaningful detail, or a special moment you want captured, I’m always happy to include that. My goal is to balance your priorities while still creating images that feel genuine, effortless, and true to your day

Yes, 100%. I’ll guide you in a way that feels natural and effortless—so you’re never left wondering what to do, but you also won’t feel like you’re stuck in a photoshoot all day.

Can I extend COVERAGE on the day of?

Yes, for an additional hourly rate, time may be added on the day of your wedding.

WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?

My approach is documentary at heart with natural direction. I’ll guide you when needed, but nothing will feel stiff or overly posed.

WHAT KIND OF GEAR DO YOU USE?

I use all of the highest quality Canon gear.

DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE?

Yes, I’m fully insured. If your venue requires proof, I can provide it.

DO HAVE BACKUPS FOR PHOTOS AND EQUIPMENT?

I shoot with professional backup equipment, including dual memory cards for instant file backup, and I always bring two cameras with me. I also work alongside a second photographer who is fully equipped, so there’s coverage and backup on multiple levels throughout your day.

Once I get home, your images are backed up in three separate places to ensure they are completely safe.

No matter what happens, I have contingency plans in place. If timelines shift, weather changes, or something runs behind, I’ll guide things calmly and keep everything flowing so you can stay fully present and enjoy your day

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?

Once we chat and make sure we’re a great fit, I’ll send over your custom proposal, contract, and invoice. A 50% retainer and signed agreement officially lock in your date.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes! The total is split into two payments: 50% to book, and the remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding. If you need a custom payment schedule, just ask—I’m happy to work something out.
